Hi
if I do a circle with the comass and the centre of that circle is the sub,it´s possible to do so it follow the subs movement???

No, all marks on the map are independent of the sub.

There is a mod that will put a 1500 or 3000 yard bearing plotter around your sub.
3000 yd plotter here.
