More Crew Management!
This is a really basic question, but I could use an answer:
When at battlestations, how do you actually know who's in a given compartment doing work? I'm distinctly used to manually putting say my best torpedo guys in the forward tubes of my VII or IX in order to reload, but with the watch system of SHIV, I'm er, completely lost. I'm not even sure I'm reading the diagrams right, either. Help? ![]()

When you call General Quarters the entire crew goes into action, you'll notice that the efficiency of all the compartments goes up also.

Also, compartment efficiency appears to increase with the most qualified/senior officer occupying the first (left) slot.
