Default GWX3 Bearing overlay

I've done a lot of searching for some kind of 3000m navmap overlay, and I found link to Pato's original 3000m file.

I would like to know before I start: Is this OK to use on GWX3, and is it going to be offset by 0.5 degrees like I've read? If it's the offset version, I found the fix also, but.. the distance numbers on the fixed file seem randomly incremented instead of the usual 100,200,300 etc. Has it been changed to yards on that?

EDIT: NVM, got it solved. Tried the fixed file, and my game crashed. So I tried the old 3000m original, and *expected* that one to crash too, since it was also over 6000 pixels and 6mb. But it worked! So I just popped that into Paint.NET and rotated it myself to match the fixed one. No idea what the difference is between the 2 files.. they're both over 6mb and 6000 pixels big. But one works, the other don't. Must be the bitrate and RLE. I saved my personal fixed file as 32bit with compression and it's OK.
