Real Medals v1.5 Stock

Folks,

I've just recently (i.e. today) gotten ahold of the Real Medals v1.5 for Stock set and have installed it via JSGME.

I confess to being a bit overwhelmed in some of the discussion as to whether an existing career can be reformed to make use of the changes, so is anyone out there who can tell me the following things:

-Can whatever this mod does be applied to existing careers?
-If so, how?

I'd kind of like to have my first SHIV career to reflect accurate medal graphics, since I bagged a Fuso in late '41/early '42 with Searaven. Thanks for any assistance!

If you have already started a career, gotten an award, and then installed the medals mod afterwards, it will change your already received award to the equivalent new medal. How it does it is simply by changing the medal graphics, and text concerning the medal names.

Ah, OK. I'll have to double-check the existing career. Thanks for the response! (I think that, when I did check it earlier, I had a lot of Navy Crosses or something.)
