Changing Flotilla's

Hi Guys

Another one, might be another simple solution but I started a career in Brest with 1st flotilla and I went through into the med and docked at Salamis, now I know I could transfer at brest to salamis after a couple of patrols but then you get teleported to salamis without the challenge of passing through the straits of gibralta, is there any way of changing flotillas at another base other than your home base ?
