Hi all,
I've tried adding this mod using JSGME but for all the ships i've sunk there have been no life boats or other "debris" other than the wooden boxes. Any other tips or maybe i'm not supposed to use JSGME, i just don't know? ![]()

I had it working, but once I installed the hi-res mod it quit working.

How many ships have you sunk? The game randomizes the spawn of liferafts, so it's possible to sink several in a row with no survivors.

I was starting to think it wasn't working for me either, after sinking several ships and seeing nothing. But then I sank one that spawned a liferaft. So they definitely don't show up for every ship sunk.

If you do a 'Kill Shot' that destroys the ship
no survivors will appear. It has to be a slow death type kill. The nodes are attached to the main Hull object. (Last time I checked anyway) Break a ship in two and that's gone! It must reach a set depth while sinking to spawn the rafts and such. |

No, I'm pretty sure it has stopped working for me entirely.
For one thing, not only am I not EVER seeing any lifeboats, but none of the other debris, either - barrels, bodies, etc. All I ever get now are crates, just like stock. Steve |

Here are the mods I have installed, in order:
GWX - 16km Atmosphere GWX - Main movie - 'Das Boot' Lifeboat & Debris mod Torpedo damage Final ver 2.0 GWX - Enhanced Damage Effects I have uninstalled and re-installed the lifeboat mod to see if that helps. I have also installed the hi-res 1.4b mod. Steve |

I see nothing in your list that should affect the Lifeboats stuff.
It uses it's own dats so nothing is overwritten. I doubt the hi-res mod would matter at all. If your useing the version 4 of life boats? Drop back to version 3 and see if there's any change. If so? We know what needs looked at. If not? We'll have to punt! |

I would activate the debris and life boat mod last... but, it doesn't look like any other mods is conflicting... but you seem to be running an old version...
