Default [REQ] Airplane debris and parachutes

Tonight, in the vicinity of English Channel, I witnessed the attack of German fighter plane on (seemingly harmless) British merchant.

However, the attack failed. Due to intensive AA fire, the plane almost immediately turned into a fireball, leaving no debris or parachute, nothing at all.

So comes my question: is it possible to create a mod to add the debris and parachutes to the game?

Buried in the files, I found a model for a parachuting survivor, so I have no doubt that it can be modded in. As for debris, i don't know, but my guess is that it can be done.

Yet another feature that was working in previous SH games not working

Files are there still as most of SH4 is still left in various folders
May be as simple as adding a script for it
Or may not but would be nice to see it back

Hi, is there any news on this matter? Or have I missed some crucial mod? Of course shooting planes isn't submarines biggest priority but when an airplane explodes I just hate that it dissappears completely. Only thing left is a weird ball of smoke wich stays in place. It really reminds me again that I'm playing a game with issues. I don't have "Old style explosions" installed, will it fix some things?

I have seen (like one out of ten) planes that don't explode, their engines are on fire and they lose altitude and crash to the sea. This is good enough for me, I don't need necessarily paratrooping pilots. Could you just make all the planes behave this way?? And where to start and does it require heavy modding, all those computer language things because I don't want to go there.

Seeing an airplane destroyed is a rare sight, but things like these really add sugar to patrols that are uneventful many times. This why it needs to be done right! Little black puf of smoke hovering in the sky is a bit too anticlimatic for me. SH 4 had a decent enough aircombat, I think, planes losing wings, pilots jumping out and waiting for picking up, is it out of our reach?
