Help with DarkWraith's mod...

Sorry to not put this in his thread, but its getting massive and may get lost in all the comments.

Specifically, the mod install does not work.

Installed the mod, and copied the mods folder as his instructions for minimal TDC dails (didn't realize that the default install was for minimal dails). Nothing.

Unistalled every mod (not deleted) and reinstalled the UI/TDC. Nothing.

I really hope I copied everything over correctly. Also, how on earth do you install SH5 enhanced version?

The default install is SH5 Enhanced with Minimal dials. All you need to do is unzip the file to your desktop, go into the MODS folder from what you unzipped and move what's in there to your Silent Hunter 5\MODS folder that JSGME setup for you. Then activate the mod via JSGME.

So yes I basically did this. Extracted directly to the MODS folder in my SH5 folder and activated via JSGME...

No luck

unzip the mod to your desktop (ensure you have version 1.1.0). Open up that folder on your desktop. Open up the folder 'NewUIs_TDC_1_1_0_ByTheDarkWraith'. Right click on the MODS folder and select copy. Go to your \Ubisoft\Silent Hunter 5\ folder. Right click on any empty space and select paste (this assumes that you installed JSGME with the default MODS folder). Enable via JSGME.
When you unzip my mods straight to the MODS folder in your \Ubisoft\Silent Hunter 5\ folder they will never work. I use a double folder architecture.

unzip it to your desktop.....

And make sure JSGME is correctly installed, to SH5 root folder (..\Ubisoft\Silent Hunter 5\).

Ahhh... This makes sense - my bad. I'll give it a try.

Default UI is SH5Enhanced. To change UI modes, open up TheDarkWraithUserOptions.py file and change UIStyle to:

for SH3 style:

UIStyle=SH3Style

for SH4 style:

UIStyle=SH4Style

for SH5 Enhanced:

UIStyle = SH5Enhanced
