How to edit SH5 periscope and attack chart torpedo attack operate panel?

Hi every tech expert,I'm new here.
I 'm a selient hunter fans,play this game for many years,but this time SH5 periscope and attack chart torpedo operate panel design make me so disappointed.
So I want try to edit it by myself,but I don't know how.Which relate file should I edit? which tool should I use? and what to do?
Can anyone teach me?I will very glad to be a good student.

The ideal in my mind as below:
1.Periscope view can follow target move after "lock on" like SH4,also can use mouse drag to next one to switch target.
2.Torpedo aim path coordinate and target coordinate add to 4,not 3 anymore.
3.Base on SH5 original,Add TDC operate panel,function like this:
1)Target speed display dial
2)Target range display dial
3)Torpedo fire spead angle adjust key
4)Torpedo fire path manually adjust key.The original way use periscope view to adjust it are unacceptable.
5)Target and U boat position cyroangle display dial.
6)TDC panel have a key to switch mode between auto and manual.
When auto mode turo on,target date like speed、range、AOB etc are automatically display and can not manually adjust。The torpedo fire path aim coordinate and target's are appear.
When mode switch to manual,those target data must be manually input,Certainly aiming coordinate will disappear. Player must manually input after measure.
7)TDC ang torpeda operate panel can use on attack chart like SH4,not only on periscope view.And have a key to choice those panel appear or disappear.XO dialogue only available on periscope view.

OK,that's all.I love this game so I want this game be perfect,and I also respect German military.
I know this forum have many the top tech expert can fix this.SO,plsese help me and teach me.
