Reinstaltion problem

After reinstaling windows and SH5 i have a problem.

Aplying TheDarkWraith's New UI for SH5 v0.2.0 or Old Style SH Controls (familiar 3 dials) by jsgame don't work. When I'm loading game saved in port, on the middle of the screen I see help tips crossing each other (most of the I didn't see in non modified game) there is no posibility to close them, so there is no posibility to play a game since half of screen is trashed by it.
Any one know how to remove it??

Patch your game to 1.1
