Default SLi profile for nvidea cards.

Download nhancer and then make a SH5 profile using the SH5.exe
Then select the sli tab on the left and select split frame rendering while ticking box 25.
Then exit nhancer and start SH5.
It should play smoother, I hope.

Just a small semi-offtopic question: what nvidia cards are you using in sli ?

GTX295.
I have used EVGA precision and it shows both GPU's getting an even load.

you're using a gtx295 and you have problems running SH5 ? if you're talking about low frame rate inside the submarine, then I believe that's a bug, lots of nvidia cards have it, and hopefully it'll get fixed soon, those who have such powerful cards shouldn't have problems running the game

I am running the game at 1920x1200 with shadows off.
The framerate is reasonable but can drop at strange times and gets bad in storms.
