(Running latest OM + OMEGU)
Twice now I've encountered a large convoy, reported the contact, and been directed to attack the convoy's escorts. I find this to be an exceptionally difficult task. The escorts move every which direction and shift speeds from 5kts to over 20kts. I can't seem to get a decent solution for them before they change course or speed. Has anybody had success with this task? How did you go about it? |

Ignore the order. Escorts aren't worth any real tonnage, and they don't carry anything that aids the enemy's war effort. I only shoot at them when I absolutely have to.
Sink lots of merchant tonnage, and BdU will forget they ever gave that command.
