Default [REQ] more frequent clouds or overcast

It seems like the weather is either stormy or clear blue skies. I'm the kind of guy who likes to see puffy white clouds in my sky, so is there anyway to override the clear sky part of the SH4 weather engine to have at least few clouds in the sky at all times?

Yes there is a way of tweaking the clouds, but I don't remember the procedure, as it's been a long time since I messed with them.

What would have been nice would have been the different types of clouds from sirrus to cumulus, and everything in-between.

Can't believe it took me so long to find this ... "Ctrl+n" should give you scattered clouds.

Thanks Munchausen, I'll give it a shot, but I always though there were issues associated with it.

Does anyone know what controls when clouds are rendered? I know it's hardcoded to an extent, but there must be some variables embedded in a .dat file somewhere?
