Question about Thub viewer!

Hi guys,

I know there is a small program that allows you to see the same way as
JPGE images to see TGA files normally on widows XP...

Can not recall the name of this programe...

I remember was a small file that we install on XP and from there we can see the Tga files on folder and not just the damn file that makes you open Photo Shop to see it!

I use Fast Stone Image viewer 4.0. Image viewer and file converter for those that edit TGA files for re-skinning.
