Avoiding tutorial

Is there any way to avoid the tutorial or is it necessary due to storyline of the game? I would like to just go patrol without always starting from that tutorial.

(Someone make that 100% realism targeting tutorial)

You only need to do it once. I like to do it just because it is quick and gets you some renown/exp that you don't get other wise.
