[REQ] Adding all uboats to all ports in 1939

does anyone know how i can do that?

i want to get some experience in modding these files and i want to start easy! changing flakguns/dekguns/torpedoes etc is easy but where are all the subs listed?

Would be nice to see two or three subs stacked beside eachother off the dock, just like in the ww2 pictures.

I would also like to see 1 or 2 u-boats in the pens complete with the people walking around it in the pen.

What exactly do you mean ?
There are no flotilla choices just mission choices
The mission decides which port and flotilla you start from
The total Germany mission emulates the 2nd flotilla - Kiel for a few weeks then Wilhelmshaven
You could change CareerOptions upc to fool the game you are in the 7th and stay in Kiel

Flotilla upc and CareerOptions upc - C:\Ubisoft\Silent Hunter 5\data\UPCDataGE\UPCCampaignData - both contain the info on what boat starts at what flotilla and the date
Tis a simple change
Though not looked further for dates in other files that impact on weapons upgrades etc though the game already gives you a VIIC much earlier than in RL
