Voice Command?

Hi all
bought SH5 - worked flawlessly - turned off syncing save games before it loaded the game for the first time.... was able to play even when disconnected from the internet....and then i patched it.
oops, doesnt work at all now!

anyway
digging through all the config files, looking at renown values, dates equipment is available etc.... and found this

X:\Users\Rex\Documents\SH5\data\cfg\main.cfg -->>
under the first section "[SETTINGS]"
VoiceCommand=No

so, i know there was a mod for this in sh4 - did they throw this switch in and forget somewhere to add a syntax file for it???
i cant find any other files related to voice control for SH5

now.... when UBICRAP's 24/7 support team turn the servers back on so i can even launch my game (after all, i dont have internet... im just transmitting this post by pure positive (?) energy....)... and investigate what happens if i change it to yes.... and talk like an idiot for 20 mins belllowing to the poor freshfaced seamen DIVE DIVE DIVE only to find... it will never work.. ???
any ideas or found anything else voice control related yourselves yet?
