Sound screws inside the submarine

Recently I noticed that the sound of the screws inside the German U-boats incorrect! If I'm not mistaken, the mean F2 for the bow shall be in the side, where the wireless house! But in SH4 U-boats in the opposite. As it turns out is not realistic. Show you how this problem can fix?

Is it quite impossible to solve? And through the program Silent 3ditor (v0.9.9) can be somehow possible to change the direction of sound screws inside the German U-boats?
