Campaign difficulties

Hi folks! Im confused by the game difficult. I want to play as hard but i want automatic targeting system to. Im fixing this in options as i want but it doesnt affect the campaing. I just have medium, hard and realistic sections in difficult settings on starting of a new campaing. There's any custom difficult settings before starting a new campaing??

Start a new campaign and when you're in the sub pen, hit ESC and change the realism options. It should stick with what you choose there for the rest of the campaign.

To customize your "difficulty" in the campaign: wait till you're in the bunker/sub pen, press ESC -> Go into Game Options.
