[REQ] Abilities mod

Maybe someone can modify the abilities to be more perm, instead of having to go and talk to the guy every 5 min. Specifically the find all targets one on the sonar guy.

If no one is willing to do it, Maybe someone could just post where that information would be located in the files.

I know they went with somewhat of a first person RPG type UI etc. But for some of us its more of a annoyance then anything else. Its a shame you cant access everything from the same spot.
