List of Controls?

Apologies if posted elsewhere but has anyone got a list of the controls?
The manual says it's at the back but it isn't and they are not in the readme.

If you hit F1 in-game you will see all the keyboard commands. There are also a bunch of commands left out from previous SH games that you can reactivate with a mod (see hosted mod forum).

Can we also change controls? I prefer to use the arrow keys retaher than WASD.
