Default [REQ] Calling tomi and crew! (i think i's typ II time)

I wonder if it's possible to insert the Typ.II into the game? Tomi did model the inside of the thing, and i thought a hi poly model was floating around

any comments?

Have a look in the submarine folder, I think the type 2 is in shv to some extent. ( external modle possibly) I've not checked thoroughly yet.

IIa only in SH5 folders, so alot would still need to be added I think. I would love to see it, by far my most enjoyable subsimming times have been in the Type II

Well thats good. That means that we have the exterior model(a few things need to be changed) but, there is a good 50% of the work done for us...

Going to get the game in a little while, then Ill have a crack at it, maybe tommorrow...

Hi,

well, I just had a look at the type IIa with the model-viewer in SH5...
And indeed, there's a highly detailed exterior model in the SH5 game-files
(I'd say as detailed as the playable type VII...)

Well, Tomi's interiors would fit greatly to this great exterior-ship-model

Tomi

I love that video, I've seen it so many times now. But EVERYTIME I watch it I jump, or get the shivers, when I notice the guy in the door.
I don't know why, I know he's there ? It's like seeing a ghost.

Please, it wouldn't be fair without them after SH3 and all. I like to think I use them at first for training, build up some renown then upgrade.

It’s amazing how detailed your engine room is and how basic the engine room of the VII from SH5 is…
