Poor performance IMO with ati HD3870X2

Do some of you guys own the same cards also?
Don't know why but either the game is poorly optimised (to quite a considerable extent) or I have a problem somewhere...

Drivers are up to date, I play with GFX to the fullest, with some anti-aliasing. If I take the narvik mission as a reference for exemple, I only got a mere 10- FPS at harbor!
17+ i'd say in the pen during campaign for another exemple.

I would have expected to rock the game given its engine is based on SH4 and considering I own a crossfire!! (now I know X2 card are somewhat and sometimes poorly recognised and used by ATI lame drivers) and the card is not the latest, but come on, this is no Crysis!!!

Drivers shows game is running with crossfire enabled, so no problem here...

I'm far from Wings of Prey and its awesome eye-candyness running at a steady 60+

(but then again, it is, by very very far, the most well optimised game i've seen in a very long time... a true marvel)

Did I missed something??

Seems that ATI cards have issues period regardless of model.
