How to dive?

I know this is a dumb question but when I dive it says "Cannot dive, crew on deck" how do I get them off?

?? Crew on deck? Deck gun crew? I have not seen this message.

I know that if you the player are not IN the sub, you cannot dive.

I make sure my character is IN the sub, that way whenever I need to dive it's not a problem.
Otherwise, you need to run down the ladder before it will let you dive.

dont forget to close the hatch on the way down .

Yeah, only your character needs to go down, I guess the other crew are smart enough to follow once they hear the diving alarm!

lagging. first you need to post up your system spec, does it meet the games requirements?

That's funny. I ordered 'dive' and everyone went below decks, locking the hatch. I couldn't get back in. They left me on top as the boat dove. Guess they weren't happy with their kapitan.

This reminds me of U-boat scene from Indiana Jones Raiders of the lost ark. Harrison ford is able to swim to the u-boat and climb on the conning tower and the boat dives. I allways wondered where the hell he hid from the nazi,s that took he girly into the sub as well.
