For those who bought it on direct2drive look under your account and you will see the button has changed from preorder to download now, think they still might be updating it as my button isnt clickable yet

This sucks.... I can't click it even when it becomes clickable because I'm at work!

Correction:
I could indeed choose to click it when it becomes clickable and then be summarily booted out the door by my boss.

well i think its going to be clickable the next hour 7pm local germany for us living in europe

oh i opened a support ticket with direct2drive stating the problem of the non clickable download button if i get a response ill post it asap, oh ps my badcompany 2 is up and running for those that were worried my proxy trick of buying games on direct2drive from europe with a proxy site, works 100%

I am in Florida and the button is not clickable.Says download now but does not work.

Mine just says preordered too. I have class in an 20 minutes. I think I am take my laptop to class and relentlessly click refresh and pray for it to download. At least I'll have something to do in it.

Yeah, it has made going to class a little less boring, I have played countless hours of Silent Hunter in classes, it is a lifesaver. One can only put so much attention towards the history of jazz...blah

I just bought SH5 on the D2D US-site even though I live in Europe... purchase worked out fine even though it says US and Canada only

I got the Gold edition for 44€, but I wonder if I'll be able to download it... my button still isn't clickable either.

Hmm, didn't let me preorder without a proxy. With a proxy no problem though.

On the other hand my brother is telling me not to make this mistake, buying from D2D. Suggests me to wait for Steam...

Any quick experiences? We won't be having troubles with patching/reinstalling and burning the install file to a DVD and all that?
