Nifty Map tools. . . I want some too!

I was watching the Dick O'Kayne Manual Targeting video by Rockin' Robbin and it dawned on me: I don't have the Protractor with a 360 deg compass and also a few other nifty, and helpful I believe, doodads. I've tried searching the forums and downloads sections but under "Protractor" all that comes up is links to forum discussions where protractor is mentioned. Is this a mod that I can install?

Have you clicked on the compass on the map? That turns on the protractor on the ruler, at least.

It's the compass 'helper' that turns the reverese bearing tool on, click on it so that it opens and you should get the reverse bearing protrator attached to your cursor.

Sometimes you just gotta say, DOH! I think I must have been looking at a different tool, cuz its showing up. but thanx for the input. and quick response too.
