German Aircraft Epidemic!

So I'm currently cruising north through the Kattegat in 1940 on my way to the Shetlands and I've been seeing phantom smoke signs on the horizon. My watch crew doesn't say a danged thing so I kick on the external camera and go on a recon flight. I come upon the faint smoke and notice it's coming from beneath the surface so I dip down for a peak and what should I find but a german plane (HE 111?) on its back, propellers a whizzing, slowly inching forward.

Okay, just a weird glitch, I think but no, there are a few faint smokes on the horizon so I check them out and discover other german planes all the same model on their backs underwater on the shallow bottom of the Kattegat!

I'm running GWX with about 32 mods with WB's Campaign, SH5 water for 3.0 which has a 20k view, and wac das boat pens along with a bunch of others but the ones that I mentioned are the only ones that I could imagine are causing an issue. Or is this just a bug I've never noticed before?

Hope this isn't an old issue. I googled it on subsim and came up nil so...

Its happened to me before, Its not a game changer from what I recall.
