Default Returning to SH4

After a long rest from SH4 I'm back to reinstall it on Windows 7 (32bit) Home Premium. I hope it goes well. I haven't played SH4 in about a year now. But I feel it's very replayable.

I work at a rest home along the Thames River in New London, Connecticut. I see the new and older subs come in and out almost everyday. There have been a few WWII war vets pass through this rest home since I've been. One who recently passed served on a sub tender. Another women resident here was a navy nurse. We still have an ex-marine Seebee that saw service in many of the south pacific islands including Guadalcanal. He helped to build roads and airstrips.

Anyway, I got thinking about SH4 and thought I'd play it again. But I installed Win 7 recently and I hope it will play well (as well as the mods).

I had to re-register since I couldn't remember my login info. Since I was a cook in the Coast Guard I thought 'messcook' was an appropriate name.

Welcome back!

And yes, SH4 will work nicely on Windows 7. Also, I'm ruuning TMO 1.9 on it, and works perfectly fine.

Ditto. Though I'm running mine on Vista 64, no problems so far, and having a blast (unfortunately for IJN shipping!). Haven't played it in ages, installed, fired it up, and was right back into the swing of things. Great fun, and the best thing of all, no draconian DRM (sorry, simply had to mention it) to worry about!

Default Runs good on Win 7

Started the game on this Windows 7 (32bit), and it runs good. I didn't even have to disable any background services, which was mandatory for me to play Fallout 3 and Oblivion.

Sailor Steve - I still don't remember my old login info, and old emails are gone. Should have wrote it down, but I didn't. Learned my leeson.

Thanks for everyones input.
