Red Squares on Nav Map etc

Hi Everyone.

I finally got the SSN Ohio running and boy it is a great mod, loads of thanks and appreciation to those that made the mod. Alas I have a small hitch............not with the boat ofcourse but with the nav map. In the options I set it so the red squares etc come on the map. Then I load my mission and they don't appear. Before I made my campaign, using the Ohio I set this option and still they dont appear until I have sunk them.
Am I doing this wrong? I find it hard searching an empty ocean and not see ing which task forces are moving about. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
