The WO has his medals on. Im no expert on if they wore their medals on patrol or not, but I do know it was modded out of SH3 do im guessing they didnt.

But ya know.. Hans is really proud of his Iron cross. He likes to show it to everybody! Figures though, Hans is so tight, he could crack nuts with his butt cheeks. You might need to have a little chat with him later about loosening up a little bit. He's making the rest of the crew edgy!
