Has this been turned off?

It used to appear at the bottom of the main forum board and was really useful in finding friends and PM'ing people.

Neal said that he was told that it takes up a lot of resources so he disabled it, I think...

Fair enough. We used to have that list top & bottom, might explain some of the past problems.
