Time compression settings

Hi , could anyone tell me where the settings are for the time compression , I need to speed up the time compresion when your sub is near the bottom from 4x , could anyone help?

Find the "main.cfg" file in your "My Computer" Documents sub-folder ... not the same file you'll see in the game folder. Make a backup copy and then open the file with Notepad. The changes you want to make can be found there.
