Great potential

This sim reminds me the early days of SHII or DC.
It had a great potential but was extremely uncompleted when released.

If modders are allowed to create a proper campaing and addons and stuff to the boats we could en up having the "SURFACE SIM" we all have been waiting for.

It is clear the game was initially developed with love and care and with the aim to reproduce PT warfare in detail. It is evident that in some point the "management" took another direction and "mutilated" the concept with the usual premise to "get more market".

We do need a mission editor, we do need to be able to create MP missions with Merchants and heavy ships, we do need to be able to multiplayer on one boat.......
We do need to tune the game because the way it has been released it is simply not fun after a few combats.

However if properly adapted, I can foresee PT and S-Boote Flotillas being created and a nice MP activity with great maps and campaings to be played on the net.
We do need crew voices with stuff like "All ahead one third, aye Sir", or "damage Control" "man the guns".
We do need a better sound, the actual one has nothing to do with high power naval engines for fast boats.
We do need a better user interface, not that horrible arcade radar and stuff..........................................
I have a dream and I hope it becomes true.
This sim has a vast potential that if properly managed it could turn out on a real Surface Warfare winner.

Totally agree with you.
PT KNOTS short comings in a nut shell.

Mutiplayer limited to PT boats only - WTF?

Extreamly Liner campaign - (at least unlock all campaigns so they can be completed in any order ffs)

Lack of game types & features, custom or random scenario would have been nice.

Lack of Mission editor

Interface & Hud on par with 16-bit 90's console game like Desert Strike or somthing, its pretty crap looking

For me sound is ok but not great.

A museum would have been nice the units are nicely modelled bu they cannot be viewed out side of a combat situation.

Default Tried the Demo, Not sold on concept.

I tried the demo and ran through the scenario and tutorial.

I am disapointed in the lack of attention to detail concerning some aspects of the boats.

this will seem nitpicky but it affects my imerssion into a simulation...

the Screws on the boats dont all turn the say way ....WTH...
I hate looking at props spinning in reverse while the boat goes forward.
