Range Reports

Hello, just need to know, becouse im tired to "Search" in Forums with no luck, som information about SO and WO reports.

I know its Newebish but sorry.
where can i find info of marginal speeds and ranges of WO and SO reports as they report:
Distances:
Long, Medium, Constant, Short distance, range?
Speeds:
Moving Fast, Slow and etc??

Generally speaking...

Slow=1-7 knots

Medium=8-12 knots

Fast=13-20 knots

Very Fast= 20+knots

*Ranges:

Short=0-4000 yards Medium =4-8,000 yards Long=8,000+ yards

* Not absolute but basically correct.
