Default Special forces launch

Hi,

I'm back playing this game after a long time and I've forgotten how to launch special forces. Is it only possible to do this through setting a goal and running a script that launches them from ownship? I thought you could right click on the nav map and launch them at a target without the need for a goal or script but it seems not.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Apologies for my poor memory.

IIRC the target must have suitable class (surface or fixed) and must be marked as hostile. And you must have correct speed and depth, of course.

Hey Dr Sid,

Thanks for your help. It turns out it is a DWX bug. If I play as an LA boat I can launch SOF till my hearts content but if I play as a Trafalgar class I can't. I shall post this in the mod forum.

Thanks for helping out.
