Base change Question ?

Useing GWX 3.0 SHC3 and no radio mods.

It's 8-40 and Brest has been taken.

I'm in 1st. Flottia in Keil.

Why haven't I been transfered to Brest ?

In stock the radio message goes out on 1.aug.40, and Brest re-appears on the chart 28.aug.40.
Maybe your mods fixed so you won't get a radio message before the base is available on 28.aug.40?
