Hmmm...I just noticed in the first question that it is a bit biased towards the liberal answers being the "right" ones.

This might be a better test:

Well, here's how I did on the second test:
Social Liberal

You scored 70% Personal Liberty and 31% Economic Liberty!

A social liberal believes in little to moderate government intervention on personal matters and moderate to high government intervention on economic matters. They tend to be opposed to war, police powers, victimless crimes, and what they may consider to be a corporate state or rogue capitalism. They generally support personal liberty and believe in a social safety net or welfare state. They support self-ownership and privacy. Social liberals are essentially the "mainstream" left and left of center.

According to them, almost every politician seems to be gravitating towards 'right wing authoritarian' (including Obama, btw).
The site appears to be pretty anti-right, if you will - you have to be pretty on the left until they say you're 'left'. And note that I scored in the bottom left when I answered the questions (i.e. Libertarian Left, and I'm quite comfortable with that). Being left is perfectly fine, but they have some strange definitions of being left ...

That's the result for all of the US Senators' positions. All of 'em neatly crammed in the upper right square.
Seems like the center of US politics is pretty much off-center

Of course it's a repeat, and one was done here about a month ago.

Here's my result from that one.

Now that's a long test with a handful of weird questions. It would be fun to do that test with interperating the Constitution.

Paleo-Liberal

You scored 70% Personal Liberty and 57% Economic Liberty!

A paleo-liberal believes in low to moderate government intervention on personal matters and moderate government intervention on economic matters. They tend to be opposed to war, police powers and victimless crimes. They believe in a social safety net, but to a lesser extent then most leftists. They generally believe in protecting personal liberty. They support self-ownership and privacy. Some Paleo-liberals may lean towards embracing capitalism as an economic system. Paleo-liberals are reminiscent of the attitude of the "new left" of the 60's and 70's. Strong Paleo-Liberals border on Libertarianism.

Some of that is close, some not even a little bit. I'm not against victimless crimes - I think there should be no laws against drug use and prostitution. Some of the rest is fairly close. You think this may be a "better test"?

I tryed to copy the picture, and set it in here, but it wouldn't take. (I still have much to learn). The link to the picture, however, did take.

http://politicalcompass.org/facebook...1.00&soc=-1.38

From the center, they placed me 1 line left, and 1 and a third lines down.

Hmmm. And I always seem to be labeled Far Right. Very interesting.
Perhaps the Far Left is a little to fast to label people as "right wing extremests"?

OK. Here's the second test.

Here's how I show up on the graph:
http://cdn.okcimg.com/php/load_okc_i...20581412517319

Total Result:
http://www.okcupid.com/quizzy/result...yid=1391298482

The results are quite different from the first quiz!

Darn, I can't upload the graph pictures.
If anyone can, and would be kind enough to, post both of my result graphs, from these links, I'd be very grateful. I guess it could be titled "Snestorm Results".

About 82% on both personal and economic freedom!
And right up the center of Left and Right? Interesting.
