Have waves effect the boat an peri depth

In silent hunter 3 the boats was affected by waves when at periscope depth depending on the weather. But in sh-4 this was removed. Its one of those immersion things that was not ported over to sh-4 allthough i never ever understood why the hell this was not implemented in sh-4. Really it should be the other way around right? Anybody know why stuff like this was never in sh-4? I Mean i sh-4 i feel like i,m sailing a huge nucial sub.
