"The harbor keeps the first person perspective"

In the Q&A it says "The harbor keeps the first person perspective" i very interessted in what exaclty they mean by this. Am i able to walk the entire harbour in first person? Will there be interactivaty with the harbour? Or is it just like silent hunter 3 & 4 that you just see the harbour in 3-d from your boat?

Would be very cool, but i doubt there will be any level of interaction as they already said :

The focus of Silent Hunter is always the action at sea, during the patrol (Community Q&A 15.09.2009)

I guess ubisoft romania would have to be as big as microsoft in order to respond to all of our demands.

who knows, maybe in 1944 while walking to your boat, you can get jumped by Allied soldiers, smacked in the head with a rifle butt before being hauled off to POW camp

I think you are right.

I put this squarely in the "fluff" category, just like harbour traffic. Great the first time you see it. Cool the second time.... "meh" the third time....."ok I got the message" the fourth time....."this better not interfere with my game playing" the fifth + time you see it.

Much better that the programmers put in the time for the stuff players will be using in-game than waste it on stuff many players will only experience a few times (if any).
