The Warship super mod rocks!

GWX ROCKS!

Have not tried War Ace Campaign yet or heard much about it.

I'e always wondered about this one: Torpedo Damage Final or Torpedo Damage Final ver2.0?

Seems opinions are mixed. Which one is preferred?

Yeah, JScones have a good point there...

If its "final", then its final... have no 2.0!

Its like saying infinite x2

The only difference IMHO is the addition of hot embers in the v2 torpedo damage tga.

My personal preference is for the original mod.

Original shell damage v2

Original torpedo damage

v2

I am slow to add mods primarily because I want to ensure that each mod plays well on my PC before I add another - that way I can roll back. With that said so far so good and the mods all appear to be stable - and very well done!!

Be nice to have images of all the mods in a central place where we could 'see' before we 'chose'. Anyone aware of a central download location with images?

I've lost more than 90% of my mod collection since I had had repeated PC crash then. I'm just not motivated again to look for them.

But here's my current mods:

And I also use High resolution mod that allows me to play the game at 1440x900 resolution. It's not listed on the JSGME.

GWX, WAC and LSH are all good; I haven't tried any other supermods.

If you play GWX, I recommend another interface mod on top of that... OLC GUI and possibly ACM. I prefer the latter although it may be 'interface overkill' for some.

These make manual targeting a lot more satisfying. However, unless you modify them further, you will give up one convenience feature: deck gun zoom in OLC, the attack map in ACM (you get a detailed TDC with a spiffy metal surface instead).

Ahh, thank you. I've been using ver2.0, but I think I may prefer the original FINAL version.

Do you have a current link?
