Suggestions for Xtra mods on SH3+GWX 3

I'm a latecomer into the world of SH3, having played SH4 and modded to TM0 1.7 plus a few of Websters fine enhancements. ( BTW thanks to all you SH4 Modder for your wonderful skills)

My question on SH3 + GWX3 is basically this. What are some really fine enhancements to an already great sime an Mod?

I've added only Commander 3.2 so far.

I keep hearing about merchant skin packs, something called waterstream, lifeboats, and a few others. I guess what I'm really looking for is more eye/ear candy! :-)

GWX 3 is the most engrossing well done mod or sim that I've ever seen.

If you have some good visual aural enhancements please give me the name and where I might get them.
