Help - icons cut off in crew management (OMU)

I've downloaded and installed OMU (v705, v705-v712, and v712 patch 1), as well as OMEGU v200 and v200 Patch 1. When I go to the crew management screen in port, the picture icon of the crewmembers on the left of the screen is missing, and in the other in-port management screens the text is cut off on the left. I've tried uninstalling (via JSGME) v200 Patch 1 and v200 w/ no change, and have tried different graphic settings (1280x960, a little higher and a little lower) with no luck. Does anyone have any ideas or am I missing something obvious?
