My city would take a lot of damage from Little Boy up to the bigger bangs but I would personally survive LB. Well, depending on the wind direction.

Christ. A 1kt suitcase bomb in the middle of Ljubljana would cause massive damage and fallout. "Dear leaders" almost removes it from the map and Little boy kill or injures in one way or another most of the city.

Just tried delivering a W76 to Sangatte and Calais.
Lot neater than I thought it would be. Almost surgical.
Fallouts not so bad so long as you're not fishing in the Channel.
Think this needs forwarding to Downing street.

You're right, it's time we started to give nukes their due respect as "surgical weapons"!

funny but not connected to reality. Try a city on plains and one in the mountains-does the circle look the same?Yes-but it should not...

I'm safe from even the Tzar bomb landing on my nearest city, so long as the
wind isn't blowing from the South (It rarely does).

I remember seeing this video a while back about what would happen if a large asteroid hit earth. It wipes out everything, even if you're on the other side of the planet:

Usually not big into dooms day or sci-fi stuff, but that was an awesome video.

the only really frightening thing about that video... "evidence suggests that this has happened at least 6 times in earth's history."

so... like... what about the seventh time?
