Default eel tips

i need a bit of help with takin shots with my eels. Ive just started my first career at 90% realism. Ive left my comfort zone of 53%. I have everything on except i have still use Gods eye view and stealth meter.

Now i started my career in 1939 and i only use G7e torpedoes because they dont leave a bubble trail. Most of my shots are made at between 1.2km and 500m. Now im a master at finding range, bearing, and heading (or my watch officer can do 2 of those 3 ) and getting into a firing position well ahead of the target vessel.

When i fire at a vessel that is 800m out i usually wait until its bearing at 345 or 015 and fire the first torpedo. Then i wait to its bearin 350 or 010 and then fire the second. (Since i am in a IIA i save the last tube for a coup de grace).

What i really need to know is at what bearing should I fire my eel when they are at long range and medium range. I know the kill zone is between 340-0 and 0-20. What i need is a way to calculate the exact bearing when i fire.
