It certainly would be a cool option. One could decode contact reports, mission updates, etc... it wouls help alleviate the boredom on the way to the patrol zone.

Or make it worse for players who already get tired of hearing radio messages all the time. Most encoded messages were decyphered by a junior officer anyway, then given to the captain.

Yes, it would be cool, but it would have to be competely optional.

Good idea I wouldn't mind decoding the messages myself from time to time. Will do as optional
