SH4 crashes to desktop near the home base

This is happening in the Pacific (US) campaign.

Can anybody help?

I have following items installed in the order of appearance:
TriggerMaru_Overhaul_17
MaxOptics & SCAF fix TMO1.7_41109
TMO_Hotfix_041709
Longer_Ship_Wake_V1_TMO1.7
FJB Camera Mod for MaxOptics 3
RSRDC_TMOv170_V411
RSRDC_V411_Patch2
ShipDisplacementVariation_V1
British Medium Old Tanker Mod
Myoko & Smaill seaplane tender
New Ships + Yamato AA Fix
Extra ASW ships for Japan
PCOkinoshima

Any help is appreciated.
