Default Vessel Motions

I'm using SH3 with GWX 3 Gold and a few other mods. The work done by everyone on the mods is superb, especially the GWX team which just blows me away.

I've noticed that, even in relatively mild weather all the floating structures seem to move about in the water quite a lot.

There's two areas in particular that bother me - my submarine deck crew often seem to be under water in mild weather (including the gun crew, who aren't allowed out in rough weather), and the floating docks rock and roll to such a degree that any vessels in them would not be secure.

I'm new to modding and these forums, but I've done a search of this forum and not seen anything that can help me. Does anyone know which files in SH3 control vessel motions?

Thanks in advance.

Check this mod out:

http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=153937

Its purpose is mast height and length correction but there is another mod in it as well that adjusts Boyancy and draght. I believe it can be found seperately as well.

Welcome to Subsim.
