Okay what program do you use to open the .sim extension for that Captain's room. I want to redecorate my office.

S3d didn't seem to open it. I need to open the file with a program I can edit it with or convert to a file in which I can open and edit it and then convert it back.

And you may be doing something wrong because S3D will open the .sim file, it just isn't the one you want if you are going to remodel, although you need to keep the links connected for stuff to work. Peabody
