Making a video

Hi everyone

I want to make a video of one of my patrols

But I don't know how to do it , what equipment I shall have ,
what programs ( freeware ) I could us and so on.
Suggestion anyone ?
I waould be glad if someone eplaining it easy to me , because I never done
this kind of things before

I used program named Fraps. It can record all our game play.
But I don`t think he`s freeweare.
