Where is my stopwatch?

Sorry, i know its right in front of me but Ive been away from SHIV for a while, just installed RFB with RSRD and I cant find my stopwatch, for computing target speed?

Is there a key command Im not seeing? (there's no tab for in the game I can see either?)

Actually I thought maybe my 3 year old it and hid it, like he does with my car keys, sunglasses, wallet and everything else he can get his hands on...
